Institutional Initiatives Planning & Evaluation team

The Planning & Evaluation team supports efforts to mobilize actions and commitments across UBC’s EDI and anti-racism related strategic plans, as articulated in UBC’s Strategic Equity and Anti-Racism Framework and Roadmap to Change (including, for example, but not limited to UBC’s Inclusion Action Plan, Employment Equity Plan and Canada Research Chairs (CRC) EDI Action Plan). 

Through improving institutional EDI-related data infrastructure and data literacy; development and dissemination of an evolving suite of tools and resources; coordination and facilitation support of communities of practice and working groups, and direct consultations, the team supports strategic planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting of EDI efforts across UBC.
