Accessibility feedback

Share your experiences with accessibility at UBC so we can better understand opportunities for improvement. We want to hear from and your feedback is critical to identified barriers people face when they are trying to access university programs, services and facilities.

Scope of feedback

Please note that the feedback form cannot be used to request immediate accessibility support or individual accommodations. Such requests can be directed as follows:

  • If you are a student requesting an academic accommodation, contact the Center for Accessibility (UBC Vancouver) or the Disability Resource Centre (UBC Okanagan).
  • If you are a faculty or staff member needing a new employment accommodation, contact the Centre for Workplace Accessibility.
  • You are invited to submit any facilities access issues using this feedback form, however, for facilities access issues, please also submit a ticket to UBC Facilities who will dispatch a service team.
    • Facilities access issues include, for example: automatic doors that are not working or snow that is blocking a building entrance.
  • If you have concerns related to discrimination on one or more of the 14 grounds protected by the BC Human Rights Code and as defined in UBC’s Policy SC7: Discrimination, contact Human Rights Advising through the Equity and Inclusion Office.
