Volunteer with the Queer Faculty and Staff Collective
Have 2–4 hours a month to spare? The QFSC is looking for members interested in volunteering with upcoming event and committees.
UBC Pride Connect Reception
This annual reception is designed to (re)connect members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community across UBC. The event is open to UBC faculty, staff, and postdoctoral fellows who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Leadership Committee
This team connects members from all the other to meet on a regular basis and discuss issues that may affect the Collective as a whole, including the administration of the budget, and any changes to the name of The Collective, membership requirements, and/or the mandate of the group.
Events and Social Activities Committee
This team works to plan, organize, and hosts events and social activities. If you’re interested in contributing on a one-off basis—whether by organizing or hosting a specific event, assisting with a grant application, or offering your skills by micro-volunteering, we are happy to welcome you to this group.
