Be there or be square. Celebrate with us completion of the new Pride installation outside AMS Nest! What better way to revel the occasion than with entertainment from your fellow student drag artist, DJ, giveaways and resources from various groups, and opening remarks by our very own, Professor Ono.

This new mural is a result of collaborative efforts between the AMS, Campus + Community Planning, the Equity & Inclusion Office, and an advisory committee of campus partners, and symbolizes UBC’s commitments to fostering a welcoming and inclusive campus community.
The installation is a gift to the university from the 2018 graduating class.
This event is generously supported by the 2018 graduating class and the UBC Faculty of Education and the Jane Rule Endowment for the Study of Human Relationships.
