Tell us how you make UBC a respectful place to work

At this year’s Welcome Back Staff BBQ on September 10, 2014 the Equity and Inclusion Office and Human Resources asked people to answer the question: “How can I help make UBC a respectful place?” Those who participated received a special tote bag with the phrase “Together we make UBC a respectful place to work, learn and live.”

More than 500 staff jotted down a word or phrase on the poster boards or ballots. Watch the video above to see some of the things you said.

For those staff who we missed meeting at the BBQ we would still like to hear from you and give you another chance to get a tote bag. It is easy – just tell us “How you make UBC a respectful place to work.”

Each entry received from October 20 to 24 wins a tote bag (while quantities last).
